 We accept payment by Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and JCB and do not charge your credit cards until your order is ready for despatch. If you prefer to order over the telephone, we can accept payment by any of the above credit/debit cards.

For on-line credit card payment, our order form is processed on a secure server. Your private data will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet. When you go to our order form you should see a solid padlock in your browser status bar which indicates that the encryption is taking place. The information will be accessible only to us and your card details are removed as soon as we confirm your order.

We are not aware of any case of credit card fraud ever having occurred as a result of using a card via this secure server. However, if you would prefer not to use the on-line payment facility, you can e-mail, fax, or just give us a call during opening hours at the shop where we will be happy to help with your order or enquiry.

All orders are normally processed within one working day, subject to availability. Items that have to be specially printed with a name are normally delivered between 7 - 10 days from receipt of order. Any orders received after 10am on Saturday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Items weighing less than 2kg will be sent by 1st class post, items over 2kg will be sent by courier and are normally delivered within 2 - 3 days.

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail ‘pre-confirmation’ of the order with an order ID number. This number allows you to check your order status and should be quoted in any enquiry. 


It is your responsibility to ensure that the credit or debit card, which you are using is your own, that you are over 18 years of age and that sufficient funds are available to pay for the cost of your purchase. If you are in breach of the above, you may also be in breach of the law. We have the right to decline any orders.


Where applicable, all prices shown include VAT at the current rate.


Return Policy
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.If you are in any way not satisfied with a purchase you can return it , undamaged and with all original packaging within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund of the purchase price or a replacement (size for size),less any postage paid in delivering the goods by us. Any refund will be credited back to the card account of the purchaser. Please return the item to Ross's at our shop address, together with a copy of your confirmation e-mail and your request for a refund. Carriage charges are non refundable under any circumstances unless the goods are faulty or have been picked and sent wrongly by us.Any item that has been specially  printed with a name cannot be returned.

We are happy to exchange sizes if they do not fit so long as the clothing/shoes have not been worn. You are responsible for the cost of returning ny product, which remain your responsibilty until being received by ourselves.Any item that has been specially printed with a name cannot be exchanged.

Any claim for shortage, or damage, please notify ourselves within two days of receipt of goods otherwise they cannot be accepted.
